INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 30g mentaiko
- 100g bean sprouts
- 2 bell peppers, thinly sliced
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp ponzu sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
STEPS
Cut the bell peppers in half lengthwise, remove the stems and seeds, and slice thinly. Place the bell peppers, bean sprouts, and 1 tbsp of water in a microwave-safe container. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Drain and let cool slightly.
Make a slit in the mentaiko skin and extract the contents.
In a bowl, mix the ponzu sauce and sesame oil. Add the bean sprouts, bell peppers, and mentaiko, then mix thoroughly.
