INGREDIENTS
Pasta
- 🍝 180g spaghetti
Seafood
- 50g mentaiko
Vegetables
- đź§… 1 green onion, sliced
Oil
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Liquid
- đź’§ 400ml water
- 🥛 400ml unsweetened soy milk
Seasoning
- 1 tsp consomme
- đź§‚ 1/3 tsp salt
STEPS
Slice the green onion diagonally.
Cut open the mentaiko and extract the contents, reserving a small amount for garnish.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan and sauté the green onion over medium heat until softened.
Add water to the pan and bring to a boil. Break the spaghetti in half and add it, stirring occasionally. Cook for 1 minute less than the package instructions.
Add consomme, salt, mentaiko, and soy milk to the pan. Mix briefly and turn off the heat just before boiling. Serve in a dish and top with the reserved mentaiko.
