- 1 piece mentaiko (60g)
Egg
- 🥚 3 eggs
Condiment
- 1 tbsp mirin
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil

Cut open the mentaiko and extract the roe.

Crack eggs into a bowl, add mentaiko and mirin, and mix well.

Heat a tamagoyaki pan with salad oil over medium heat and spread thinly. Pour 1/4 of the egg mixture into the pan.

Once the egg sets, roll it towards you and push it to the back of the pan. Repeat this process 4 times.
