INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🍚 1 bowl cooked rice
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- đź§‚ 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 small can spam, diced
- 🌽 2 tbsp corn kernels
- đź§€ 2 handfuls mozzarella cheese
- 🥚 1 egg
- A pinch of parsley flakes
STEPS
Dice the spam into small pieces.
Mix the rice with gochujang, ketchup, sugar, and sesame oil.
Place the mixed rice into a bowl and top with diced spam and corn kernels.
Create a small indentation in the center of the rice and crack an egg into it.
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and parsley flakes over the top.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and microwave for 3 minutes.
