INGREDIENTS

- 250g pork shoulder slices
Vegetables
- 500g pea sprouts
Seasoning
- đź§‚ A pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp ponzu sauce
- 2 tsp sesame oil
STEPS
Trim the roots of the pea sprouts and cut them in half.
Cut the pork into bite-sized pieces.
Mix the ponzu sauce and sesame oil in a bowl.
Place the pea sprouts in a microwave-safe container, layer the pork on top without overlapping. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, then drizzle sake over. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for about 5 minutes until the pork is cooked through. Remove and mix, then drain excess liquid.
Serve the mixture on a plate and drizzle the ponzu sauce mixture over it.
