- 3.5 tbsp curry powder
- 🥛 200 ml milk
- 🥚 1 egg

- 1/2 small canned ham
STEPS
Chop 1/2 onion into bite-sized pieces and dice 1/2 small canned ham into cubes.
Heat a pot with cooking oil and sauté the onion and ham until golden brown.
Pour 200 ml of milk into the pot and bring it to a gentle boil.
Add 3.5 tbsp of curry powder and stir until the mixture thickens.
Crack 1 egg into the pot and stir until fully cooked. Serve immediately.
