INGREDIENTS
Pudding Mixture
- 🥛 500 ml milk
- 🥚 2 eggs
- đź§‚ 50 g sugar
- A small amount of vanilla essence
Caramel Sauce
- đź§‚ 3 tablespoons sugar
- đź’§ 1 tablespoon water
STEPS
Put milk in a pot and warm it up. Do not boil and add sugar to dissolve.
In a separate bowl, beat eggs, slowly add warm milk while mixing, and finally add vanilla essence.
To make caramel sauce, heat sugar and water in a pan. Once it turns brown, immediately pour it into pudding molds.
Pour the pudding mixture into molds and steam in a steamer for about 20 minutes until steam rises.
Let it cool slightly, then refrigerate for about an hour. Once chilled, the caramel sauce will settle at the bottom, ready to serve.
