- 🍗 200g chicken breast
- 100g minari (water parsley)
- 🥒 1 cucumber, sliced
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp red pepper powder
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp oligosaccharide
- 1 tbsp sesame oil

STEPS
Boil chicken breast with water, cooking wine, bay leaves, and whole pepper for 20 minutes. Let it rest covered to ensure tenderness.
Slice cucumber into half-moons, julienne the onion, and cut minari stems into bite-sized pieces.
Mix red pepper powder, soy sauce, vinegar, oligosaccharide, sesame oil, minced garlic, minced green onion, and sesame seeds to create the seasoning sauce.
Combine minari and cucumber in a large bowl, mix with the seasoning sauce, and finally add shredded chicken breast. Toss well.
