INGREDIENTS
Meat
- 100g minced pork
Vegetables
- 🥔 2 potatoes (300g), sliced thinly
- đź§„ 1 clove minced garlic
- đź§… Chopped green onion for garnish
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- đź’§ 50ml water
STEPS
Slice the potatoes into 7mm thin slices, soak them in water, then drain.
Mince the garlic.
Heat salad oil and garlic in a frying pan until fragrant, then add minced pork and stir-fry over medium heat.
Once the pork changes color, add potatoes and the seasoning mixture (sake, sugar, soy sauce, gochujang, water). Mix well, cover, and cook on low heat for 5 minutes.
Serve on a plate and garnish with chopped green onions.
