INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🍄 1 pack mini king oyster mushrooms
- đź§„ 1 handful garlic cloves, sliced
- đź§… 1 onion, sliced
- 1/2 green chili, sliced
Braising Sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp cooking syrup
- đź’§ 4 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- A pinch of sesame seeds
STEPS
Wash the mini king oyster mushrooms thoroughly.
Cut larger mushrooms in half for even cooking.
Slice the garlic cloves and onion.
Mix all the braising sauce ingredients in a bowl.
Heat 1 tbsp of cooking oil in a wok and sauté the sliced garlic.
Add the sliced onion to the wok and continue sautéing.
Add the mini king oyster mushrooms to the wok and stir-fry.
Pour the prepared braising sauce into the wok.
Simmer on medium heat until the sauce reduces and thickens.
Add the sliced green chili and continue simmering.
After 15-20 minutes, turn off the heat when the sauce is thickened.
Finish by adding 1 tbsp sesame oil and a pinch of sesame seeds.
