INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 🍅 6 mini tomatoes
- 20g dried daikon
- 1 tbsp dried wakame
Dressing
- đź§‚ 1/3 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
STEPS
Rehydrate the dried daikon and wakame in water for 10 minutes. Drain well.
Cut the mini tomatoes into halves and set aside.
In a bowl, mix sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, and sesame oil to prepare the dressing.
Combine the rehydrated daikon, wakame, and tomato halves in a serving bowl. Pour the dressing over and toss gently.
