- 3 tbsp miso
STEPS
Cut the cream cheese into 1cm cubes.
Mix mirin and miso in a bowl, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 30 seconds. Let it cool.
Spread half of the miso mixture on a plate lined with plastic wrap. Place the cream cheese cubes on top, then spread the remaining miso mixture over the cheese. Wrap tightly and refrigerate for 1 day.
