INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🍢 Firm tofu - 300g (1 block)
- 🐖 Ground pork - 100g
- 🌱 Spinach - 1 bunch
Soup Base
- Miso - 2 tablespoons
- Dashi broth - 4 cups
- 🧂 Soy sauce - 1 teaspoon
Seasonings
- 🧂 Salt - a pinch
- Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
STEPS
Lightly boil the spinach and cut into pieces about 3–4 cm long.
Put the dashi broth in a pot and heat on medium.
Add the ground pork to the pot and break it apart while cooking.
Cut the tofu into 1.5 cm cubes and add to the pot.
Dissolve the miso and mix it into the soup. Season with soy sauce and salt to taste.
Finally, add spinach to the soup, stir in sesame oil, and turn off the heat.
