INGREDIENTS
Pasta
- 🍝 160g spaghetti
Seafood
- 🐟 1 can (70g) oil-packed tuna
Vegetables
- 1/3 bag (66.7g) mizuna
Seasoning
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
STEPS
Cut off the roots of mizuna and chop into bite-sized pieces.
Boil water in a pot, add salt (not listed in ingredients) and spaghetti. Cook according to package instructions, drain, and reserve 50cc of pasta water.
Heat sesame oil and grated garlic in a frying pan. Add tuna and stir-fry over medium heat for about 1 minute. Add mizuna, soy sauce, white sesame seeds, spaghetti, and reserved pasta water. Season with salt and pepper and stir-fry until combined.
