INGREDIENTS

- 🥓 70g block bacon
Seafood
- 🐙 100g boiled octopus
Vegetables
- 80g mizuna greens
- 🧄 1 clove garlic
Seasonings
- 150cc olive oil
- Sliced chili to taste
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
STEPS
Trim the mizuna roots and cut into bite-sized lengths. Halve the garlic vertically, remove the core, and crush with the flat side of a knife.
Cut the block bacon into 1cm-wide strips, then further into 1cm cubes. Slice the boiled octopus into bite-sized pieces.
Heat olive oil, garlic, chili, and salt in a pot over low heat until fragrant. Add bacon and octopus, cooking until heated through. Add mizuna and simmer briefly until wilted.
