INGREDIENTS
Protein
- 🍗 1 piece (300g) skinless chicken breast
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- đź§‚ 1 tsp herb salt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
STEPS
Poke several holes in the chicken breast using a fork.
Place the chicken and all seasoning ingredients into a plastic bag. Massage the bag to coat the chicken evenly, then refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
Remove the chicken from the bag and drain excess liquid. Place the chicken in a silicone steamer, cover, and microwave at 500W for about 4 minutes. Let it sit covered for another 4 minutes to steam.
Slice the chicken into bite-sized pieces and serve on a plate.
