    • 1/2 block konnyaku, sliced

Slice daikon radish and carrot into thin pieces. Mince the white part of the green onion. Slice ginger and cut konnyaku into bite-sized pieces.

Boil konnyaku in a pot with water for 3 minutes, then drain.

Wash pork offal briefly under water, then boil with green onion (green part), ginger, and plenty of water for 30 minutes. Drain.

Combine pork offal, konnyaku, daikon, carrot, and seasoning ingredients (water, soy sauce, sake, sugar) in a pot. Bring to a boil, cover, and simmer on low heat for 20 minutes.

Add miso paste, dissolve thoroughly, cover, and simmer for another 10 minutes. Serve with minced green onion on top.
