- ½ cup chopped green and red bell pepper

- ¼ cup pineapple preserves
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

- ¼ cup pineapple preserves
- ¼ cup brown sugar
STEPS
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Combine ground beef, onion, bread crumbs, bell peppers, 1/3 cup ketchup, 1/4 cup pineapple preserves, 1/4 cup brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder in a food processor; pulse until blended. Transfer to a loaf pan.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, stir together 1/3 cup ketchup, 1/4 cup pineapple preserves, and 1/4 cup brown sugar in a bowl to make the topping sauce.
Pour the topping sauce over the meatloaf and continue baking for another 20 minutes, or until the meatloaf reaches an internal temperature of 160°F (70°C).
