INGREDIENTS
Main
- 🐖 80g ground pork
- 🌱 1 bag (200g) bean sprouts
- 1/2 tsp salad oil
Soup Base
- 💧 400cc water
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- A pinch of pepper
- 🧄 1/4 tsp grated garlic
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- 🥛 100cc milk
Toppings
- 🧅 2 tbsp chopped green onion
- 坚果 A pinch of toasted white sesame seeds
- 1 tsp pickled red ginger
STEPS
Heat salad oil in a pot over medium heat and add ground pork. Stir-fry until the pork changes color.
Add all soup base ingredients except milk. Bring to a boil, cover, and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.
Add bean sprouts and increase to medium heat. Once it comes to a boil again, cook for another minute until the bean sprouts soften. Add milk and heat through.
Serve in bowls, top with pickled red ginger, sprinkle with green onion, and garnish with sesame seeds.
