INGREDIENTS
Noodles
- 2 packs yakisoba noodles with seasoning powder
Meat
- 100g sliced pork
Vegetables
- 200g bean sprouts
- 50g chives, cut into 4cm pieces
Liquid
- 50cc water
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
STEPS
Cut the chives into 4cm pieces.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan and stir-fry the pork over medium heat until the surface changes color.
Add yakisoba noodles and water, cover with a lid, and steam over low-medium heat for about 1 minute.
Break up the noodles while stir-frying, then add bean sprouts and stir-fry over medium heat for about 1 minute.
Sprinkle the included seasoning powder and stir-fry until evenly mixed.
Add the chives and stir-fry briefly until they become tender.
