INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 🥔 1 medium potato (150g)
- 🍄 4 mushrooms
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
Meat
- 2 sausages (40g)
Seasoning
- đź§‚ 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of black pepper
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
STEPS
Wrap the potato in a damp thick kitchen paper and then wrap it with plastic wrap. Place it on a microwave-safe plate and heat in a 600W microwave for 4 minutes. Let it cool slightly, peel the skin, and cut into bite-sized pieces.
Trim the stems of the mushrooms and cut them in half.
Cut the sausages diagonally into 1cm slices.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan and add the mushrooms. Stir-fry over medium-low heat for about 3 minutes until the mushrooms soften.
Add the potato and sausages to the pan and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes.
Season with salt and black pepper, mix well, then add parsley and give it a final stir.
