INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🍚 1 bowl cooked rice
- 🍄 4 mushrooms
- 🐟 1/2 can tuna
- 🧅 1/3 onion, chopped
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion, sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Sauce Ingredients
- 🧂 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 💧 1/3 cup water
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 🧂 A pinch of black pepper
STEPS
Chop mushrooms and onion into small pieces, and slice green onion.
Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté vegetables with minced garlic.
Add tuna to the pan and stir-fry for a few more minutes.
Pour water and sauce ingredients into the pan and simmer until slightly thickened.
Serve cooked rice in a bowl, top with the vegetable and tuna mixture, and sprinkle sesame seeds.
