INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 100g nagaimo, peeled and diced
- 3 okra, trimmed and sliced
Seaweed
- 10g tororo kombu
Seasonings
- 1 tsp sake
- đź§‚ 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/3 tsp dashi powder
- đź’§ 400ml water
STEPS
Peel and dice the nagaimo into 1cm cubes. Trim the okra, rub with salt, rinse, and slice into 1cm pieces.
In a pot, combine all seasoning ingredients and bring to a boil over medium heat. Add okra and simmer on low heat for 1 minute.
Place nagaimo and tororo kombu in a serving bowl. Pour the hot broth over them.
