Boil pork offal in a pot with plenty of water. Once boiling, simmer for 5 minutes, then rinse and repeat the process three times.

In a separate pot, combine dashi powder, salt, soy sauce, 400cc water, mushroom soaking liquid, konjac noodles, sliced shiitake mushrooms, and boiled pork offal. Heat until boiling, then simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.

Serve in bowls and garnish with grated ginger and chopped green onion.
