INGREDIENTS

- 🐙 250g octopus
- 🧅 1/4 onion, sliced
- 8 stalks water dropwort, cut into 5cm pieces
- 1 green chili, sliced
Seasoning Ingredients
- 2 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1 tbsp plum extract
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 3 tbsp vinegar
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- A pinch of sesame seeds
STEPS

Slice the onion, cut water dropwort into 5cm pieces, and slice the green chili diagonally.
