- 3 shiso leaves, sliced

- 1 piece ginger, minced

STEPS
Slice 3 shiso leaves thinly, mince the green onion and ginger.
Prepare the horse mackerels by removing the bones and skin, then cut into chunks.
Place the fish chunks, sliced shiso, minced green onion, ginger, and miso on a cutting board. Mix and chop them together using a knife until smooth.
Serve on a plate with 2 shiso leaves as garnish.
