INGREDIENTS
Liquid & Juice
- 3 cups tomato juice
Vegetables
- 🍅 1 large tomato, chopped
- ½ cup chopped cucumber
- 🧅 6 tablespoons chopped onion
- ¼ cup chopped green bell pepper
- 1 tablespoon chopped celery
Seasonings & Sauces
- ¼ cup red wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 ½ teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 dash hot pepper sauce (such as Tabasco) (Optional)
STEPS

Simmer tomato juice in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat for 5 minutes, stirring in bouillon cubes until dissolved.
