Vegetables
- 200g nanohana (rapeseed greens)
Protein
- 200g atsuage (fried tofu)
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp white dashi
Liquid
- đź’§ 200ml water
STEPS

Cut the nanohana into bite-sized lengths.

Slice the atsuage in half lengthwise, then cut into 1cm thick pieces.

Bring water and white dashi to a boil in a pot, then add the atsuage. Cover and simmer on medium-low heat for 4–5 minutes.

Add the nanohana and simmer for 2–3 minutes until tender.
