- 80g boiled firefly squid
Vinegar Miso Dressing
- 🍬 2 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp white miso
- 🌠1/2 tsp mustard
STEPS
Cut nanohana into thirds, separating stems and leaves.
Wash firefly squid and remove cartilage, eyes, and beak.
Boil water in a pot, add a pinch of salt, cook nanohana stems for 30 seconds, then add leaves and cook for another 30 seconds. Drain and rinse with cold water, then squeeze out excess moisture.
Mix all dressing ingredients in a bowl, then add nanohana and firefly squid. Toss to combine.
