INGREDIENTS
Rice
- 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice (300g)
Vegetables
- 1/3 bunch nanohana (rapeseed greens)
Canned Goods
- 🐟 1/2 can tuna in water
Condiments
- 🌰 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
- 🧂 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp mustard
STEPS
Place nanohana and 2 tbsp water in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes. Drain and finely chop.
In a bowl, mix cooked rice, chopped nanohana, and white sesame seeds. Divide into two portions.
In a separate bowl, combine tuna and the condiments (soy sauce, mayonnaise, mustard).
Place one portion of rice on a piece of plastic wrap, create a small indentation in the center, and add the tuna mixture. Wrap and shape into a ball.
