INGREDIENTS
Vegetable
- 1 bunch nanohana
Condiment
- 1 tsp mustard
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- đź’§ 1 tbsp water
- a pinch dashi powder
STEPS
Cut the nanohana in half.
Boil water in a pot, add salt (not listed in ingredients), and blanch the stems for 5 seconds.
Add the leaves and blanch for an additional 10 seconds, then transfer to cold water.
In a bowl, mix mustard, soy sauce, water, and dashi powder.
Once the nanohana cools, squeeze out excess water and toss with the dressing in the bowl.
