INGREDIENTS
Vegetable
- 1 bag nanohana (rapeseed greens)
Meat
- 8 slices thinly sliced pork belly
Seasoning
- đź§‚ A pinch of salt and pepper
- Cornstarch as needed
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- đź§‚ 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
STEPS
Boil nanohana for 30 seconds to 1 minute, then transfer to cold water.
Squeeze out excess water and cut into bite-sized pieces.
Divide nanohana into 8 portions and wrap each with pork slices.
Season with salt and pepper, then coat evenly with cornstarch.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan, place rolls seam-side down, and cook until browned, turning occasionally.
Add sake, mirin, soy sauce, and sugar, then increase heat to thicken and coat the rolls.
