INGREDIENTS

- 1/2 bunch nanohana
Canned Goods
- 1 can tuna (70g, water-packed)
Condiments
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp mentsuyu (3x concentrated)
Seasoning
- 1 tsp toasted white sesame seeds
STEPS
Cut nanohana into halves, separating stems and leaves.
Boil water in a pot, add nanohana stems and cook for 20 seconds. Then add leaves and cook for another 10 seconds. Drain and rinse under cold water, then squeeze out excess water.
In a bowl, mix nanohana, canned tuna, mayonnaise, mentsuyu, and toasted sesame seeds.
