INGREDIENTS

- 🍝 200g spaghetti
Protein
- 🌠4 sausages (80g)
Vegetables
- 2 bell peppers (60g), sliced
- đź§… 1/2 onion (100g), thinly sliced
Condiments
- 1 tbsp salad oil
- 2 tbsp yakiniku sauce
- 🍅 2 tbsp ketchup
Liquid
- 4 tbsp pasta cooking water
STEPS
Slice the bell peppers thinly after removing the seeds and stems. Thinly slice the onion.
Cut the sausages diagonally into thirds.
Boil spaghetti in salted water according to package instructions. Reserve 4 tbsp of the cooking water before draining.
Heat salad oil in a pan over medium heat. Sauté the onion and sausage until the onion becomes tender. Add bell peppers, cooked spaghetti, reserved pasta water, yakiniku sauce, and ketchup. Stir until well combined.
