INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 20g dried daikon radish
- Chopped green onion to taste
Protein
- 1 pack (45g) natto
- 2 crab sticks
Sauce
- 2 tbsp ponzu sauce
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tsp ground sesame
STEPS
Wash the dried daikon radish briefly, soak it in hot water for 5 minutes to rehydrate, then squeeze out excess water and cut into bite-sized pieces with scissors.
Mix the ponzu sauce, mayonnaise, and ground sesame in a bowl.
Add the rehydrated daikon, natto, and shredded crab sticks to the bowl. Mix well and garnish with chopped green onion to serve.
