INGREDIENTS
Main
- 1 pack natto with sauce
- đź§… 1/2 fresh onion (75g)
- 1/2 pack pea shoots (125g)
- đź’§ 300cc water
- đź§‚ 1/3 tsp salt
Finish
- 4g tororo kombu
STEPS
Slice the fresh onion thinly and rinse the pea shoots.
Bring 300cc of water to a boil in a pot and add the salt.
Add the natto (including its sauce), onion slices, and pea shoots to the boiling water.
Simmer for 3-5 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
Serve the soup in bowls and top with tororo kombu.
