INGREDIENTS
Pasta
- 🍝 100g spaghetti
Protein
- 1 pack natto with sauce
Vegetables
- 1/2 pack pea sprouts
- đź§„ 1 clove garlic, sliced
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp pasta cooking water
- 1 tbsp olive oil
STEPS
Cut the pea sprouts in half and slice the garlic thinly.
Mix the natto with its included sauce in a bowl.
Boil water in a pot and cook the spaghetti according to package instructions. Reserve 2 tbsp of pasta water and drain the rest.
Heat olive oil and garlic in a frying pan over medium heat until fragrant. Add the spaghetti, pea sprouts, soy sauce, and reserved pasta water, then stir-fry briefly.
Serve the stir-fried pasta on a plate and top with the natto mixture.
