INGREDIENTS
Dry Ingredients
- 🌾 3 cups unbleached all-purpose flour
- 🧂 1 1/4 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon fast-rising dry yeast
Liquid Ingredients
- 💧 1 1/2 cups ice water
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon olive oil
Seasoning
- 🧄 1 tablespoon granulated garlic
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
STEPS
In a large bowl, mix flour, salt, and yeast until thoroughly combined. Mix in ice water until a soft dough forms. Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil, and knead until firm but slightly sticky. Knead in granulated garlic and Italian seasoning.
Form dough into a round, place in an oiled bowl, brush with 1/2 teaspoon olive oil, cover with plastic wrap, and allow dough to rise until double (1 to 2 hours).
Punch down dough, divide in half, and form each half into a 12-inch pizza crust.
Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C) and move oven rack to bottom position.
Bake pizza crusts on bottom rack until firm, 3 to 7 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes before topping.
