INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 1 piece (30g) cod roe
- š§ 1 stalk (165g) green onion
- š§ 10g salted butter
Seasonings
- 1 tsp sake
- 1 tsp mirin
- 1 tsp soy sauce
STEPS
Cut both ends off the green onion and slice diagonally into 1cm pieces.
Make a slit in the cod roe skin and remove the contents.
Heat butter in a frying pan over medium heat. Once melted, add the green onion and stir-fry for about 2 minutes until softened.
Add the seasonings (sake, mirin, soy sauce) and cod roe, then stir-fry until the liquid evaporates.
