INGREDIENTS
Batter
- 🐖 100g thinly sliced pork belly
- 🧅 1 stalk white part of green onion
- 🥔 2 potatoes, peeled and grated
- 1 tsp chicken stock powder
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp potato starch
Sauce
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
Other
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
STEPS
Cut the green onion into 4cm lengths and slice thinly. Slice the pork into 1cm strips. Peel and grate the potatoes.
Mix all batter ingredients (☆) in a bowl.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan, pour the batter in, shape it into a round, and cook over medium heat until golden brown.
Flip the batter, cook until crispy and fully cooked through. Cut into bite-sized pieces and serve with the mixed sauce (★).
