INGREDIENTS
Vegetable
- đź§… 1 stalk negi (green onion)
Meat
- 100g thinly sliced pork belly
Egg
- 🥚 2 eggs
Cheese
- đź§€ 50g pizza cheese
Seasoning
- đź§‚ 1/4 tsp salt
- A pinch of pepper
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil (for pork)
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil (for eggs)
Condiments
- Medium-thick sauce (to taste)
- Mayonnaise (to taste)
- Aonori (to taste)
STEPS
Thinly slice the negi (green onion).
Cut the pork belly into bite-sized pieces.
Crack the eggs into a bowl and mix well.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan and stir-fry the pork belly over medium heat.
Add the sliced negi to the pan and stir-fry for about 1 minute. Season with salt and pepper, then remove from the pan.
Wipe off excess oil from the pan, add salad oil, and heat. Pour the egg mixture into the pan and stir 2-3 times to cook evenly.
Place pizza cheese and the cooked pork and negi mixture in the center of the eggs. Fold the sides of the omelette over to enclose the filling.
Flip the omelette onto a serving plate. Drizzle with medium-thick sauce and mayonnaise, then sprinkle with aonori. Serve immediately.
