INGREDIENTS
Main
- 🍗 1 piece (250g) chicken thigh
- đź§… 1 stalk green onion
- 🍄 1/2 pack shimeji mushroom
- 2 tbsp sake
Sauce
- đź§‚ 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp ponzu sauce
- 🥫 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🌰 2 tbsp ground white sesame
STEPS
Slice the green onion into 1cm diagonal thin slices. Trim the root of the shimeji mushrooms and separate them by hand.
Cut the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces.
In a bowl, mix all the sauce ingredients (sugar, ponzu sauce, mayonnaise, and ground white sesame).
Place the green onion, shimeji mushrooms, and chicken pieces into a microwave-safe container. Sprinkle sake over the ingredients. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 8 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
Serve the cooked ingredients on a plate and pour the prepared sauce over them.
