INGREDIENTS
Base
- 🍚 1 bowl (200g) cooked rice
Main
- 🥩 100g beef shoulder steak
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tsp salad oil
Negi Salt Sauce
- 🧅 1/4 stalk (40g) minced green onion
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 🥢 1 tsp soy sauce
- 🧄 Pinch of grated garlic
- 🍋 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 🧂 Pinch of pepper
STEPS
Mince the green onion finely.
Let the beef sit at room temperature for 10 minutes and season both sides with salt and pepper.
Mix all the Negi Salt Sauce ingredients in a bowl.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat, cook the beef for 1 minute on each side. Wrap in aluminum foil and let it rest until cool. Slice into bite-sized pieces.
Serve the rice in a bowl, top with sliced steak and drizzle with Negi Salt Sauce.
