INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 1 burdock (60g)
- 1 king oyster mushroom (40g)
- 1/2 pack maitake mushroom (50g)
- đź§„ 1 clove garlic
Condiments
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp honey
- đź§‚ 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
Garnish
- Chopped parsley, as needed
STEPS
Wash the burdock thoroughly to remove dirt. Slice it thinly at an angle and soak in water for 5 minutes. Drain the water.
Cut the king oyster mushroom in half horizontally, then slice thinly vertically. Break the maitake mushroom into bite-sized pieces. Mince the garlic after removing its core.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over low heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant. Add burdock, king oyster mushroom, and maitake mushroom. Stir-fry over medium heat for 3 minutes until browned, then cover and cook on low heat for 2 minutes.
Add balsamic vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper. Stir-fry briefly over medium heat to combine.
Plate the stir-fry and garnish with chopped parsley.
