INGREDIENTS
Pasta
- 🍝 200g spaghetti
Meat
- 🐖 100g sliced pork
Vegetables
- 1/2 bunch chopped nira
Condiments
- 1 tsp anchovy paste
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 🧂 Salt and pepper to taste
Spices
- Sliced chili to taste
Oil
- 3 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp Japanese dashi powder
STEPS
Chop the nira into bite-sized pieces.
Boil water in a pot and cook spaghetti according to package instructions.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan, add chili and anchovy paste, and cook until fragrant.
Add sliced pork to the pan and stir-fry until cooked through.
Add chopped nira to the pan and cook until softened.
Mix in the cooked spaghetti and combine well.
Add Japanese dashi powder and mix well. Finish with soy sauce and salt and pepper to taste.
