INGREDIENTS
Meat
- 8 slices pork loin (160g)
Vegetables
- 1 pack enoki mushrooms (100g)
- 1/2 bunch nira (50g)
Seasoning
- đź§‚ Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
STEPS
Trim the root of the nira and cut into thirds. Trim the root of the enoki and divide into quarters.
Lay 4 slices of pork slightly overlapping in a vertical line. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, then lightly coat with flour. Place half the nira and enoki on top and roll tightly from the edge. Repeat to make 2 rolls.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place the rolls seam-side down and cook until browned, turning occasionally. Cover and steam on low heat for 3–5 minutes until cooked through.
Add the sauce ingredients and simmer over medium heat until glossy.
Cut into bite-sized pieces and serve on a plate.
