INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 1/2 piece cod roe (25g)
- 1 bunch nira (100g)
- 100g shirataki noodles
Cooking Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tsp soy sauce
STEPS
Cut off the roots of the nira and slice into 4cm pieces. Rinse shirataki noodles with water and drain. Cut into bite-sized lengths.
Make a slit in the cod roe skin and extract the contents.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add shirataki noodles and stir-fry for about 2 minutes. Add nira and stir-fry until softened.
Add the seasonings (sake, mirin, soy sauce) and cod roe. Stir-fry until the liquid is absorbed and the dish is well-coated.
