- 1 bag of bean sprouts
Canned Goods
- 1 can of tuna
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp of sesame oil
- 1 tsp of soy sauce
- đź§„ 1/2 tsp of grated garlic
- đź§‚ 1/3 tsp of salt

Cut the nira into bite-sized pieces. Place bean sprouts and nira in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 4 minutes. Drain excess water and return to a bowl.

Add the seasonings and drained tuna to the bowl. Mix well.
