    • 1 tbsp sesame oil

    • 1/2 tsp sugar
    • 1 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
    • 1 tsp chicken stock powder
    • đź’§ 100cc water
  • Thickener

    • 1 tbsp cornstarch
    • đź’§ 1 tbsp water

Cut nira into 3cm pieces, mince green onion, ginger, and garlic.

Heat salad oil in a pan, stir-fry bean sprouts and nira over medium heat for 1 minute. Add salt and pepper, mix well, then remove from pan.

In the same pan, heat sesame oil, add green onion, ginger, garlic, and ground pork. Season with salt and pepper, stir-fry over medium heat until cooked through.

Add sauce ingredients (sugar, soy sauce, oyster sauce, chicken stock powder, water) and simmer over low heat for 5 minutes. Add cornstarch slurry to thicken. Serve bean sprouts and nira on a plate, pour the sauce over.
