INGREDIENTS
Pasta
- 🍝 150g penne
Meat
- 120g ground pork
Vegetables
- 1/2 bunch garlic chives (nira)
- 🍄 1/2 pack shimeji mushrooms
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 🧈 15g salted butter
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 🥛 300ml milk
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
Seasoning (☆)
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp miso
STEPS
Cut the garlic chives (nira) into 3cm pieces. Boil water in a pot, add salt (not listed in ingredients), and cook the penne according to the package instructions. Drain the water.
In a frying pan, add butter, ground pork, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Cook over medium heat until the pork changes color.
Add garlic chives and shimeji mushrooms to the pan. Stir-fry over medium heat until softened.
Add all-purpose flour to the pan and mix well. Gradually add milk and the ☆ seasonings (sake, sugar, miso) while stirring to thicken the sauce.
Adjust the taste with a pinch of salt, add the cooked penne, and mix well. Serve immediately.
